Sleek and Sophisticated Bathroom Remodel in Walnut Creek, CA

Bathroom Remodel in Walnut Creek, CA

In Walnut Creek, CA, a dated bathroom was completely reimagined into a contemporary, spa-inspired retreat thanks to the expert craftsmanship of DreamLine Custom Cabinetry. Completed in January, this bathroom remodel was far more than a cosmetic update—it was a full transformation that combined thoughtful design with premium materials, executed with skill and precision.

The project began with a tub-to-shower conversion, a major upgrade that replaced the old bathtub with a streamlined shower system. DreamLine removed the existing tub, installed a durable Dekton Rem shower base, and wrapped the shower walls in the same elegant 0.8CM Dekton Rem surface for a continuous, luxurious look. The installation of a Moen multi-function hand shower with slide bar, paired with Moen Eva T2131BN trim, added functionality and comfort, elevating the daily routine into something spa-like. A sleek glass shower door completed the enclosure, making the space feel open and bright.

Beyond the shower, the remodel also included a brand-new vanity setup, featuring cabinetry from the DreamLine Ultimate Acrylic Lujo/AGT Series in Syncron Nocce 1, a rich, wood-toned finish that brought warmth and modern flair. The Slab door style emphasized clean lines and simplicity, making it a perfect match for the space’s minimalist, upscale aesthetic. Topped with 2CM Dekton Rem countertops, the vanity area balanced form and function effortlessly.

The new cabinetry was finished with BP80896195 pulls from Richelie, a subtle yet stylish hardware choice that added sophistication. For lighting, two LED can lights were installed to brighten the space, while a Panasonic fan ensured proper ventilation without compromising the room’s quiet, peaceful vibe.

Flooring was upgraded to Emser Citizen Elector Matte tile in 12×24, laid with Custom #643 Warm Gray grout, providing a neutral, grounded base that complemented the rest of the materials. An Elysium Linear Loft backsplash and accent tile added a touch of texture and modern geometry to both the vanity and shower space, creating cohesion throughout the room. A new toilet completed the functional upgrades, ensuring that every detail of the bathroom was refreshed.

The project was led by the talented designer Shota Sh, whose eye for detail and style guided the overall vision. Project Managers Dima and Bogdan executed the work with efficiency and care, while Project Coordinator Angela G provided seamless communication and organization, ensuring the process was smooth from start to finish.

The result was truly outstanding—a bathroom that now feels current, calm, and luxurious. The entire experience for the homeowner was amazing, from the initial design consultation through to the final walk-through. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen and flawlessly implemented, showcasing the unmatched quality and precision of DreamLine Custom Cabinetry.
