We Are a Design, Build, and Install Specialist, Start to Finish
Design companies hand you a drawing. Cabinet dealers hand you boxes. Contractors install what someone else made. Each of them owns one third of your project, which is why the seams between them are where remodels go wrong.
We do all three. The room is drawn here, the cabinetry is manufactured here, and our own crew installs it. It is a smaller way to run a cabinetry business and it is the reason there is only one number to call.
A Family Business, Built Close to Home
Vlad and Tanya Chernioglo started their first remodeling business in 2001, out of a garage in South Sacramento. In 2019 they founded DreamLine Custom Cabinetry to bring the precision of European frameless cabinetry together with real wood and American craftsmanship, built in their own shop with people they know and trust. Today their four children work alongside them.

A Letter From Vlad and Tanya
We both came to this country from Moldova as teenagers. Vlad arrived in Sacramento in 1994, when he was fifteen, and went to work in a warehouse that same summer. Tanya’s family followed three years later. We both know what it means to start over in a new place, and we learned early that hard work and a good name are worth protecting.
We married in 2000. A year later, Vlad started a small remodeling business out of a garage in South Sacramento with his brothers and his uncle. In 2004 Tanya joined him, answering the phones and keeping the books while Vlad was out with customers. That small business is America’s Dream HomeWorks today.
Over the years we stood in a lot of kitchens and listened to a lot of families, and we kept noticing what was missing. Vlad loved the precision of European frameless cabinetry. We both loved the warmth of real wood and the care of American craftsmanship. We wanted to bring the two together and build it close to home, with people we know and trust. In 2019 that became DreamLine Custom Cabinetry.
Today every DreamLine cabinet is designed and built in our own shop. Yura, our shop manager, and his team take real pride in their work, and you can see it in the details.
Our four children, David, Karina, Daniel and Tim, all work with us now. Having them beside us is one of the great joys of our lives, and it reminds us what we’re building this for: a company our family can be proud of, and one our customers can count on for years.
A kitchen is where a family starts its mornings and gathers for the holidays. We’re honored every time someone trusts us with theirs. Thank you for letting us be part of your home.
