When Carly envisioned a fresh start for her kitchen in Novato, CA, she wanted more than just an update—she wanted a space that felt lighter, more functional, and effortlessly elegant. Partnering with DreamLine Custom Cabinetry, her vision became a reality through a carefully orchestrated kitchen remodel that touched every detail, from cabinetry and countertops to lighting and flooring.

The transformation began with a full-scale demolition of the existing kitchen, including cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, flooring, and lighting. From there, DreamLine took over with their signature precision and care, installing all-new components, including custom kitchen cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and a refreshed lighting layout featuring 16 can lights and three pendant fixtures. Every element was chosen to enhance both beauty and utility.

The cabinetry played a central role in the design. DreamLine utilized their Custom Painted Cabinetry System, applying it to the upper cabinets only. The choice of the Swiss Coffee paint finish gave the space a clean, luminous feel, while the classic Shaker door style provided timeless elegance. This fresh palette created an inviting foundation for the rest of the kitchen’s details.

For countertops, Carly selected Dekton Rem 2CM from Cosentino, a surface known for its durability and luxurious appearance. Its marble-like veining added texture and contrast to the soft tones of the cabinets, elevating the overall look. The flooring was another standout feature—Riva Tierra Monte, a beautifully grained surface that grounded the design with warmth and depth.

To complete the design, stylish P87228.RG pulls from MacMurray Pacific were added to the cabinetry, offering a hint of modern glam with their brushed finish and clean lines. These subtle yet impactful details showcased DreamLine’s dedication to thoughtful, cohesive design.
