Kitchen Reface in Sacramento, CA
In Sacramento, CA, a kitchen received a remarkable refresh through a carefully executed kitchen refacing project completed in February by DreamLine Custom Cabinetry. Rather than replacing the entire kitchen structure, the goal was to enhance the existing layout with upgraded materials, refined finishes, and modern functionality. The result is a bright, sophisticated kitchen that feels completely renewed while maintaining the home’s original footprint.
The heart of the transformation was the refacing of the existing cabinetry using the DreamLine SEGUE paint series. This approach allowed the homeowners to achieve a custom look without the need for a full cabinet replacement. The cabinetry was finished in a beautiful combination of DreamLine Carbon Stain Finish WB on Alder and Swiss Coffee White, creating a striking two-tone palette that balances warmth and brightness. Both finishes were crafted in the elegant Artesia door style, giving the cabinetry subtle detail and timeless character.
To complement the updated cabinetry, new countertops were installed using Vadara Polished Ostara Dawn 2CM quartz. This luxurious surface features delicate veining and a polished finish that reflects light throughout the space, adding depth and sophistication to the kitchen while providing a durable, easy-to-maintain work surface.
The backsplash introduced another layer of charm and personality. Celine 4″ x 4″ Glossy Porcelain Floor & Wall Tile in White, paired with 19 pieces of matching trim and Custom Grout #381 Bright White from Bedrosians, creates a crisp, classic backdrop that enhances the two-tone cabinetry and countertops beautifully.
Modern fixtures and hardware were thoughtfully integrated to complete the design. The cabinetry was fitted with BP5016128CHBRZ pulls from Richelieu, providing a refined metallic accent. The workspace features a Karran QU-812-WH sink, paired with a Kraus KPF-2820SFS faucet, Kraus KAG-1SFS air gap, and Kraus KSD-43SFS soap dispenser, delivering both convenience and sleek modern styling. An American Standard Slim-Line 1.25HP garbage disposer was also installed, ensuring the kitchen performs as beautifully as it looks.
The success of this project reflects the collaboration of an exceptional team. Designer Michael Florence guided the aesthetic direction with precision and creativity. Project Managers Iuriy P, who oversaw the refacing work, and Viktor B ensured the installation was completed with care and efficiency. Supporting the entire process was Project Coordinator Innesa Gavrylyuk, whose organization and communication helped make the experience smooth and enjoyable for the homeowners.
The final result was outstanding—a kitchen that feels fresh, modern, and inviting. The clients described their overall experience with DreamLine Custom Cabinetry as amazing, appreciating the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism shown throughout the project.
