In the bathroom and laundry areas, Silestone Miami Vena 2CM provided a softer, more neutral surface with a clean, polished aesthetic—balancing the material palette across the entire home.

The flooring was upgraded throughout with Piera Italia Beige 24×48 tile from Arizona Tile, bringing a sleek and expansive feel to the living space. Its large format and soft neutral tone grounded the design, making the home feel larger, brighter, and effortlessly cohesive.
